HSB's work to renovate the Historic Nelson Sanford House Renovation (Cleveland Designated Landmarks) included MEP upgrades, front porch addition (to match the previously demolished historic porch), and interior refurbishment and reconfiguration to have an Irish pub, wine cellar, conference/kitchen, attic game rooms, and offices.
