As the North American HQ for Facil, a leading fastener company, this 17,000-square-foot office reimagines the traditional workplace as a dynamic environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. Designed to reflect the precision and reliability inherent in the client’s industry, this space balances its industrial character with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

At the heart of the project is a distinctive reception area that establishes a strong first impression for visitors and employees alike. The space incorporates sculptural elements and unique lighting installations, creating a branded, immersive experience that speaks to the company’s identity and craftsmanship.

Beyond reception, the office opens into a series of flexible, open work environments that encourage employee engagement while maintaining opportunities for focused individual work. Thoughtfully organized neighborhoods, integrated technology, and access to natural light support productivity and adaptability across teams.

A large breakroom serves as a social hub and a place of respite, designed with comfort and versatility in mind. Featuring a variety of seating options, warm finishes, and amenities that promote wellness, the space fosters informal interaction and reinforces a culture of connection.

The program also includes four specialized lab spaces tailored to the company’s research, testing, and development needs. Each lab is carefully planned to meet technical requirements while maintaining visual continuity with the overall design, reinforcing a cohesive workplace experience.
