Stanley Black & Decker is the world’s largest tool and storage company, with a diverse brand portfolio including DeWalt, Craftsman, Irwin, and Stanley. Before the launch of the 40,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center, creating trade show spaces would take weeks. Now, brand events and displays are quickly reconfigured and showcased with digital displays and projection mapping to create an interactive experience.
HSB partnered with design and branding firms to create specialized event spaces that accommodate small executive meetings to 300 person brand rollouts. The visitor sequence begins with a lobby that opens to an immersive projection room. The “reveal” comes as doors open to a digital “immersive tunnel” which curves and leads to the main event hall. The flexible Customer Experience Center includes a presentation theater, café bar, special tool demonstration rooms, conference center on two levels, and event hall. This center is the showpiece of the Stanley Black and Decker portfolio and is now hosting events year-round.
Our collaboration ensured timely project delivery through an aggressively phased rollout, with the first phase opening just six months after project kickoff.
