HSB recently completed a 180,000 sf warehouse building with developer Scannell Properties. This spec warehouse building was designed to be highly flexible for future tenant needs. Our first tenant fit-out was 68,000 sf of warehouse and office space for a WayFair distribution center. In collaboration with a design-build contractor team, HSB provided architectural design and in-house engineering.
