Project Description
After completing multiple build-outs of Aladdin's Eatery franchises in the area, HSB was given the unique challenge of re-envisioning the Mediterranean restaurant's look and feel to offer customers a more relaxing and contemporary environment. Despite many new restaurants gravitating towards the minimalist aesthetic, Aladdin's wanted to maintain its Mediterranean influence while emphasizing comfort and warmth. CEO Fady Chamoun views the eatery as if it were his kitchen and prides himself on offering a pleasant atmosphere for his guests.
Stained cedar wood planks are featured throughout the new restaurant as a nod to Lebanon's historic connection to the tree. At the same time, subtle stone accents attest to Beirut's surrounding mountains and stone architecture. To balance the opposing wood and stone, natural features of woven wicker light fixtures and soft, textured carpet are interspersed throughout the dining area. Accents of geometric fabric and graphic patterned wallcovering give the space additional depth and intrigue, encouraging diners to relax and enjoy their time while dining at Aladdin's.
