Matt Maniglia

Matt joined HSB in 2026 as an MEP Designer, bringing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a passion for the HVAC industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in materials engineering, and his internship experience inspired his interest in designing efficient, sustainable building systems. Matt is an active member of AEE and ASHRAE and is currently working toward obtaining his Professional Engineer (PE) license after earning his Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. He enjoys meeting new people, collaborating with colleagues and clients, and continuously learning from each project and the people he works with.

When he’s not designing building systems, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking, staying active through pickleball and working out, and traveling to new places. As a Cleveland native, he also enjoys cheering on the Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians whenever he gets the chance. In addition, he values spending quality time with family and friends.
