John Crook

John’s early days in architecture school at Miami University found him questioning the fundamentals of  “less is more”, recognizing that the true focus lies in the details and desires behind them. Decades later, as a licensed architect, those questions have evolved into a deeper understanding of our responsibility: to shape a built environment that is not only functional, but creative, responsive, and inspiring within the environment we live in. 

As a senior architect at HSB John brings extensive experience and provides architectural leadership across project design, development, management, and delivery. When pencils are down, John enjoys family life, Cleveland sports, and keeping it simple – unlike his golf game.
