Allison Kubas

Allison has been with the HSB team since 2023 as an intern and has joined full time following her graduation with a B.A. In Architecture from Miami University in 2026. While at school she found a passion for inclusive design that uses color and pattern to create a sense of identity and belonging within a space. She believes that spaces are fueled by those who occupy them, and as such prioritizes user experience over all else.

Outside of work Allison hopes to stay engaged with local theatre, having been involved in aspects of theatre ranging from writing to stage management during her time at Miami. At home you may find her experimenting with a new recipe, playing with her dog Barrett, or listening to music.
