Evarts Tremaine, an independent insurance agency, was looking to move 14 floors up from their existing space and embrace both the city + lake views the 16th floor had to offer. In partnering with HSB, they were able to create an office where all employees had access to window lines and a bright, inviting space for their clients. The crisp color scheme and warm woods offer a balanced blend of professionalism and comfort, creating an environment that feels both modern and welcoming. Thoughtfully designed collaborative zones, private offices, and client-facing areas ensure that functionality meets aesthetic appeal, supporting Evarts Tremaine’s culture of transparency, accessibility, and excellence.
