Project Description
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms. They pride themselves on delivering high levels of service and exceeding client expectations. When tasked with design for their Downtown Cleveland office, it was crucial that the space foster a quality experience for clients and a fast-paced, collaborative work environment for employees. Natural light, open space, and modern finishes were vital. Guests and clients enter the first-floor waiting area off of a newly renovated building lobby (also completed by HSB). A spacious conference room opens directly off of reception and features top-of-the-line technology and mixed seating options. Office space branches off of either side of reception. Doors and ceilings were left off perimeter offices, allowing maximum natural light from existing, full-height glass. The spacious break area is separated from the office space by a coffee bar, which doubles as a collaborative work area. Exposed, painted ductwork and suspended light fixtures create an industrial, clean, modern look.
