Marisa Wood (Melchior)

Marisa has been with HSB since 2017 and became the Director of Interior Design in 2022. She has a passion for creating environments that blend aesthetics with practicality. Marisa has a wealth of expertise in commercial design specializing in corporate and hospitality design. She leads our team of designers through all stages of the design process and encourages a collaborative approach to each project. Marisa loves to incorporate bold colors and textures into spaces, and is excited to bring her energetic attitude and personality to each project and team. 

Marisa is the Chair of the NAIOP Women’s Leadership Network, as well as an active member of CREW and IIDA. She is a social butterfly both in and outside the office, and she is an avid concert goer and swimmer.
