Upon purchasing an existing stand-alone building in Rocky River, Dr. Hayek came to HSB hoping to find a new location for his growing dentist's office. HSB began by completely renovating the exterior to showcase the building's clean, simple lines. Damaged sandstone fascia panels and an outdated storefront were replaced with new porcelain tile, natural straight-cedar wood planks, and a new contemporary storefront. Moving to the inside, HSB met the Doctor's desire for flexible growth by laying the space out so that perimeter rooms could be converted to additional Exam rooms as the Doctor's client base expands. The interior features abundant natural light, high-end finishes, and state-of-the-art Dentistry equipment, including a lab, sterilization area, and Panoramic and Cephalometric Imaging.
