UH Suburban Pediatrics was a pediatric suite that HSB designed for the new Van Aken District in Shaker Height, Ohio. The project involved both an interior build-out and a storefront design that would infill into the shell building. On the interior, emphasis was placed on patient flow and flexibility. Having three exterior facades, the space has ample natural light, while still maintaining patient privacy through window films and window coverings.
