Our recently completed Strongsville Commerce Center encompassed a 310,000 sf warehouse building with a custom fit-out for auto parts supplier Schaeffler. The tenant’s project team was spread over two continents and desired a high level of design input and custom experiences for employees and customers. HSB communicated these designs through 3D models and digitally rendered finish presentations. In collaboration with Scannell and the tenant, we created a custom design incorporating Schaeffler’s unique culture, including “shipping container” style offices and other unique finishes.
