Project Description
SpyGlass, a growing business-to-business telecommunications consulting firm, consolidated two existing separate offices into a modern new regional office at La Centre Office and Conferencing Center in Westlake, Ohio. The 16,000-square-foot space features open floating ceiling planes, frosted sliding glass doors, simulated wood flooring, and a large communal cafe. Individual work spaces including a call center bullpen, modest workstations, and only a few relatively small private offices are efficiently designed. Ample meeting and collaborative spaces compliment individual work settings including huddle rooms for small group focused team work, and soft seating gaming and lounge spaces for more informal collaborations. Offices and huddle rooms are confined to the interior of the floor plate with sliding glass door fronts, and the workstations and call center occupy the exterior glass line providing views and natural light to all. A corporate art program utilizing local artists and muralists enlivened the completed space with graffiti-like murals throughout.
