A project currently in the works at the HSB Phoenix office, this 24 24-unit housing project is located on a small, urban-infill site directly adjacent to Arizona State University's downtown campus in Phoenix. While the conceptual and schematic design was carried out by formeTHIRD, a design firm located in Phoenix, HSB was brought in to help the project come to fruition through architectural design and construction documents. Heavy considerations of site context, pedestrian experience, natural lighting, and breathable facades are essential to developing the overall design intent.
