Canvus is a manufacturing and recycling facility in Avon, Ohio, that repurposes the components of old wind turbines and reimagines them into functional and creative furniture, playground, and park installations. HSB worked with Canvus to renovate a traditional former warehouse space into a facility well-equipped to tackle the new emerging industry that they require. The renovated facility includes equipment such as crane hoists, specialty saws, machine/ mill shop components, and painting/ finishing booths, which accommodate Canvus's mission to inspire communities around "sustainability in motion."
