Project Description
Marketing communications firm Marcus Thomas LLC is known for its out-of-the-box thinking. So when the time came to consolidate operations under one roof, HSB created an environment to complement its dynamic culture. HSB’s design incorporates 22-foot ceilings and a Soho-like loft within an industrial framework. The space features rotated aisles and work areas clustered in villages, with open ceilings and doorways that let in natural light and logically organize account teams. To keep costs in check, HSB employed Luaun, a material usually laid under finished flooring, to create serpentine walls at each end of the space. HSB also designed the central conference room with double garage doors that can be contracted for smaller meetings, or expanded into the adjacent amphitheater.
