Project Description
HSB has been working with KeyBank for over 20 years on their ever-evolving Denovo prototype. KeyBank initially engaged HSB to develop new concepts for an ambitious bank rollout in 2006. Since then, we have completed branches across the country, helping this regional bank expand and modernize their footprint.
On our recently completed West Valley, Utah Denovo Branch, HSB worked closely with KeyBank to optimize their footprint. The branch layout was made more efficient, shrinking from over 4,00sf down to a lean 2,800sf. All aspects including construction methods were evaluated including an energy efficient panelized wall system and a shift to wood construction to avoid industry delays.
Designs were communicated to the city and Keybank in 3D, allowing our design team to make real-time changes responding to their needs. Since these prototype improvements developed at West Valley, HSB has become KeyBank’s prime retail banking architect and we have rolled out this footprint across multiple other markets.
