Retina Associates: Middleburg Heights

Project Description

Following the complete interior and exterior remodel of their Beachwood location, the doctors and staff at Retina Associates of Cleveland’s Middleburg Heights location were struggling with inefficiencies and capacity issues that directly impacted their patients. HSB was brought in to design a building expansion that doubled their footprint and to master plan the existing and new offices to maximize the patient experience. Key features of the building include an enlarged reception with three new skylights, better-defined circulation patterns and an expansive break room for staff.
