HSB helped Walter Haverfield navigate several critical issues when designing their new offices in the Post Office Plaza. The new space needed to encourage employees to return to the office and create a collaborative atmosphere. The centralized conference center and break room takes advantage of the large volume of Post Office Plaza to create a grand public space for both clients and employees to meet, eat and relax. The conference center also includes featured amenities such as a custom bar and fishtank.

Within the workspace, rightsizing the offices helps to eliminate work from home concerns. Workstation alcoves were cut out of perimeter offices to bring in natural light and create a comfortable work atmosphere for all employees. The new space transformed their image and fortified their employee attraction and retention.
