HSB was presented with the opportunity to team with The D.Zign Group (a design firm based Toronto, Canada) to renovate this space at The Eton Collection Mall in Woodmere Village, Ohio. The design team was able to transform an existing restaurant to an upscale dining establishment, complimenting the neighboring gourmet shops and specialty retail environment. The existing space was demolished, then redesigned and rebuilt to incorporate elegant, high-quality design and craftsmanship as key elements in the dining experience. Specialty carpets and wallcoverings, stone detailing, extensive millwork and precise lighting all add to the atmosphere. A state-of-the-art kitchen, a cigar bar and lounge, private banquet rooms and an outdoor dining patio were all also incorporated. This project is yet another example of HSB’s willingness and capability to collaborate and assemble multi-disciplinary teams in order to deliver the absolute best result to our clients.
