Oliva Steakhouse

Project Description

HSB has been fortunate to have a long-standing relationship with restaurateur Lola Jacaj to create unique and creative dining experiences across all of her properties. Her latest venture, Oliva, is a continuation of this sentiment, striving to create an Italian steakhouse with an intimate and sophisticated aesthetic. HSB was presented the task to take this formerly claustrophobic restaurant and transform it into a modern space, that offers more inclusive interaction between kitchen and diners.

The design palette includes soft warm tones with accents that emphasize biophilic forms. New architectural components were added to the space to enhance the diner’s experience such as a large fireplace, a stone display wall for wine and an open view to the kitchen.
