Bob Bajko, AIA LEED AP is a lifelong Clevelander. Bob grew up in Garfield Hts, attended Trinity High School and completed two years of the Electrical Engineering curriculum at Case Western Reserve University before transferring into the School of Architecture at Kent State University in 1983.
Bob spent time at several architectural firms before starting his own practice in 1993. He joined HSB in the fall of '96 and together with his partners has grown the firm including opening an office in Phoenix in 2007.
Bob has led the firms' foray into sustainable design, having worked on numerous LEED projects both locally and in Europe. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.
He particularly enjoys the time spent on projects for our local non-profit organizations. He designed the Gallagher Center for Stella Maris on the city's west side, a classroom building addition to Julie Billiart School in Lyndhurst and a renovation to the Volunteers of America's Veterans Resource Center in Collinwood.
Bob lives in Cleveland Hts. with his wife Denise and two daughters, Vanessa and Eva. He enjoys working on his house, gardening, golf (sometimes) and his extended family.
